Fluttuazioni della pressione sanguigna
La pressione sanguigna degli individui sani, ma
soprattutto delle persone che soffrono di
pressione alta, può subire grandi fluttuazioni. La
pressione sanguigna varia notevolmente nel corso
della giornata e nel corso del mese.Anche le
stagioni e la temperatura possono influire sulla
pressione sanguigna. Di norma, la pressione risulta
più bassa quando fa caldo e più alta quando fa
freddo.
Il grafico sotto riportato fornisce un esempio
delle fluttuazioni della pressione nel corso della
stessa giornata in un individuo di 30/35 anni.
Le variazioni nei valori della pressione possono
arrivare a 30-50 mmHg per effetto del mutare
delle circostanze nel corso della giornata.
Normalmente, la pressione aumenta mentre una
persona lavoro o compie un esercizio fisico e
raggiunge il livello più basso durante le ore di
sonno. Ecco perché non è il caso di preoccuparsi
