Geroosterde wintergroenten
Bijgerecht, 6 porties
Voorbereiding 5 minuten
+ 20 minuten in Airfryer
300 g pastinaak
300 g knolselderie
2 rode uien
300 g muskaatpompoen
1 eetlepel verse tijmblaadjes
1 eetlepel olijfolie
peper en zout
Verwarm de Airfryer voor op 200 °C.
Schil pastinaak, knolselderie en uien. Snijd
pastinaak en knolselderie in blokjes van 2 cm en
de uien in partjes. Halveer de pompoen, verwijder
de pitten en snijd in blokjes. (De pompoen hoeft
u niet te schillen.)
Meng de gesneden groenten met tijm en olijfolie.
reng op smaak.
Doe de groenten in de mand en schuif de mand
in de Airfryer. Stel de timer in op 20 minuten en
rooster de groenten tot u de timer hoort en de
groenten bruin en gaar zijn. Schep de groenten
tijdens de bereiding één keer om.
Légumes d’hiver rôtis
Accompagnement - 6 parts
Environ 5 minutes de préparation + 20 minutes de
cuisson dans la friteuse Airfryer
300 g de panais
300 g de céleri-rave
2 oignons rouges
300 g de courge musquée
1 cuillère à soupe de thym effeuillé
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive
sel et poivre
Préchauffez la friteuse Airfryer à 200 °C.
pluchez les panais, le célerirave et les oignons.
Coupez les panais et le céleri-rave en cubes de
2 cm et les oignons en morceaux. Coupez en
deux la courge musquée, évidez-la et coupez-la
en cubes (inutile d’éplucher).
Mélangez les légumes coupés avec le thym et
l’huile d’olive. Salez et poivrez.
Placez les légumes dans le panier et faites glisser
ce dernier dans la friteuse Airfryer. Réglez le
minuteur sur 20 minutes et faites rôtir les légumes
jusqu’à ce que le minuteur sonne et que les
légumes soient bien cuits et dorés. Remuez les
légumes une fois en cours de cuisson.
Roasted winter vegetables
Side dish – 6 portions
5 minutes preparation
+ 20 minutes Airfryer
300 g parsnips
300 g celeriac
2 red onions
300 g ‘butternut squash’
1 tbsp fresh thyme needles
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper & salt
Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
Peel the parsnips, celeriac and onions. Cut the
parsnips and celeriac into 2 cm cubes and the
onions into wedges. Halve the ‘butternut squash’,
remove the seeds and cut into cubes. (There’s no
need to peel it.)
Mix the cut vegetables with the thyme and olive
oil. Season to taste.
Place the vegetables into the basket and slide
the basket into the Airfryer. Set the timer for 20
minutes and roast the vegetables until the timer
rings and the vegetables are nicely brown and
done. Stir the vegetables once while roasting.
