Ratatouille
Bijgerecht, 4 tot 5 porties
Voorbereiding 8 minuten
+ 15 minuten in Airfryer
1 courgette en/of aubergine
2 gele paprika’s
3 tomaten
2 kleine uien
1  ofl oo
2 eetlepels Provençaalse kruiden
peper en zout
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1 eetlepel azijn
Extra: ronde ovenschaal van 20 cm
Verwarm de Airfryer voor op 200 °C.
Snijd de courgette, aubergine, paprika’s, tomaten
en uien in blokjes van 2 cm. neus de knofl ook.
Doe de groenten in een schaal en meng met
knofl ook, Provenaalse kruiden,  theelepel zout
en versgemalen zwarte peper naar smaak. Voeg
olijfolie en azijn toe.
Doe de ovenschaal in de mand van de Airfryer en
schuif de mand in de Airfryer. Stel de timer in op
15 minuten om de ratatouille te garen. Schep de
groenten tijdens de bereiding één keer om.

afkoelen. Verwijder daarna de mand en serveer
het gerecht.
Ratatouille
Accompagnement – 4 à 5 parts
Environ 8 minutes de préparation
+ 15 minutes de cuisson dans la friteuse Airfryer
1 courgette et/ou aubergine
2 poivrons jaunes
3 tomates
2 petits oignons
1 gousse d’ail
2 cuillères à soupe d’herbes de Provence
sel et poivre
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre
Accessoire : plat rond allant au four d’un diamètre
de 20 cm
Préchauffez la friteuse Airfryer à 200 °C.
Coupez la courgette, l’aubergine, les poivrons, les
tomates et les oignons en cubes de 2 cm. Écrasez
l’ail.
Placez les légumes dans un bol et mélangezles
avec l’ail, les herbes de Provence, ½ cuillère à
café de sel et de poivre noir fraîchement moulu.
Ajoutez l’huile d’olive et le vinaigre.
Placez le plat allant au four dans le panier de la
friteuse Airfryer, puis faites glisser ce dernier dans
l’appareil. Réglez le minuteur sur 15 minutes pour
cuire la ratatouille. Remuez les légumes une fois
en cours de cuisson.

est prête, laissez-la refroidir dans la friteuse
Airfryer pendant 3 à 4 minutes avant de sortir le
panier et de servir.

2 yellow peppers
3 tomatoes
2 small onions
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp herbes de Provence
pepper & salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Extra: 20 cm round oven dish
Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
Cut the courgette, aubergine, peppers, tomatoes
and onions into 2 cm cubes. Crush the garlic.
Place the vegetables into a bowl and mix with the
garlic, herbes de Provence, ½ tsp salt and freshly
ground black pepper to taste. Stir in the olive oil
and vinegar.
Place the baking dish in the Airfryer basket and
slide the basket into the Airfryer. Set the timer
to 15 minutes to cook the ratatouille. Stir the
vegetables once while cooking.
hen the timer rings and the ratatouille is done,
leave it to cool in the Airfryer for 3 to 4 minutes
before sliding out the basket and serving the dish.
