CONSEJO DIETÉTICO:
La repostería en general, suele llevar una gran
cantidad de grasa y azúcar. Por eso la situamos en
el vértice superior de la pirámide de la alimentación
saludable, para que el consumo sea ocasional. No
obstante, si aprendes a preparar tu repostería
casera con menos grasa y azúcar tú serás el
primer beneficiario/a.

INGREDIENTES para 8 personas
3 huevos.
3 cucharadas soperas de queso fresco
batido 0% materia grasa
1 yogur natural desnatado
4 cucharadas soperas de salvado de avena
6 cucharadas de harina floja (repostería)
2 cucharadas soperas de salvado de trigo
1 cucharada sopera aceite oliva 0,4

Unir todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la batidora de mano Philips, mezclar y poner en el molde desmontable.
PREPARACIÓN
Poner dentro de la cesta de la freidora y tapar con papel de aluminio (para que no se nos queme por encima).
Introducir en la Airfryer unos 20 minutos a 160
o
C de temperatura.
Mientras tanto precalentar la Airfyer 5 minutos a 200
o
C.
Finalizado el tiempo, pinchar el bizcocho con una varilla y ver si está cuajada la mezcla.
Si viéramos que no (cosa poco probable) dejar 3 minutos más a la misma temperatura.
Sacar el bizcocho y dejar enfriar mientras preparamos la cobertura.
Para preparar la cobertura, mezclar en un bol los ingredientes con una cuchara (no es necesario
nada más). Nos quedará como una especie de nocilla pero baja en calorías, azucares y grasas.
Poner la cobertura de chocolate por encima y servir.
Para la presentación, una vez templado el bizcocho, desmoldarlo y colocarlo en un plato.

1 cucharadita de café de edulcorante líquido
1 cucharada sopera de azúcar.
2 cucharadas soperas de leche en polvo desnatada.
2 cucharadas soperas de cacao en polvo desgrasado sin azúcar
2 cucharadas de leche desnatada
2 cucharaditas de edulcorante liquido
