INGREDIENTES para media docena
de madalenas
6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
100 g de azúcar
2 huevos
100 g de harina
1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo Royal
Ralladura de limón
Batir los huevos con el azúcar, con la ayuda de un batidor de varillas. Añadir el aceite
poco a poco, sin dejar de remover, hasta conseguir una crema suave y esponjosa.
PREPARACIÓN
A continuación, agregar la ralladura de limón.
Por último incorporar a la mezcla anterior, la harina tamizada con la levadura y
mezclar de forma envolvente.
Llenar las 2/3 partes de los moldecitos para madalenas, con la masa.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C y cuando esté lista colocar los
moldecitos en la cesta.
Ajustar el temporizador unos 20 minutos aproximadamente a 180
o
C de temperatura,
hasta que estén bien doradas.
