INGREDIENTES para 4 personas
Una rodaja de
queso Provolone
1 tomate rojo maduro
1 berenjena
1 calabacín
Cortar las verduras en láminas y reservar.
PREPARACIÓN
Precalentar la Airfryrer unos minutos a 180
o
C.
Poner el separador de la Airfryer y distribuir la berenjena por un lado y el calabacín por
el otro, cocer durante 15 minutos a 180
o
C. Una vez finalizado, retirar y corregir de sal.
A continuación hacer lo mismo con la cebolla y el pimiento. Reservar junto al resto de verduras.
Colocar unas rodajas de tomate en el fondo de una cazuela de barro e introducir en la
cesta de la Airfryer durante 3 minutos a 180
o
C de temperatura.
Después añadir, el queso Provolone espolvoreando por encima con un poco de orégano al
gusto. Ajustar el temporizador unos 8 minutos a 180
o
C.
Cuando el queso esté derretido y dorado, poner en el plato y rodear con la parrillada
de verduras.
