Utilisez un plat convenant aux micro-ondes et résistant à la chaleur, de préférence en terre cuite (moins de projections que dans un plat en verre).
Lorsque cela est possible, faites cuire les rôtis sans barde afin d’éviter fumée et projections de graisse.
Après la cuisson, assaisonnez le rôti, enveloppez-le dans du papier aluminium et laissez-le ainsi pendant 10 minutes. Ceci aidera les fibres de la
viande à se détendre et le rôti sera plus moelleux

suit:
55min à 170°c + 300W
Mettez le gratin dans le plat en verre 1er niveau et le rôti dans un plat sur la grille 3ème niveau
