Electronic timer clock
Switching off the oven by using the timer
Press the button; 0.00 lights up.
Press the +/– button until the correct
baking time is reached.
When the + or – button is released, the
time of day reappears. The symbol "A"
appears on the display.
The oven will give an audible signal after
the set time has elapsed and the oven
switches off automatically. While baking,
press the key to display the remaining
baking time and the key to display the
time when baking will finish.
Turn the thermostat control knob and the
programme knob to 0. Press button and
the appliance is set to manual. The alarm is
switched off.
Symbol "A" disappears and the correct time
appears again.
Corrections can be made by pressing
the button and the – or + buttons at the
same time.
The programme can be cancelled before
the end. Keep the button depressed.
Using the – and + buttons, set the time to 0.
You can also press the key. The
programme will then be deleted.
Automatic switching on and off
You can enter the cooking time and the
desired finish time. The oven will switch on
and of automatically.
Press the button: 0.00 lights up.
Press the + or – button until the correct
baking time is set. The symbol "A" appears
on the display.
Press button and continue to depress.
The display will show the earliest finish
time possible. The symbol "A" appears on
the display.
Set the end time with the +/– button. The
symbol above the time disappears.
When the button is released, the time
of day reappears.
The oven will switch on and of
automatically. When it switches off an
alarm can be heard. While baking, press
the key to display the remaining baking
time and the key to display the time
when baking will finish.

Control
Thermostat Indicator light [see fig. 2 (B)]
The thermostat indicator light comes on while
the oven is warming up. Once the set
temperature has been reached, the light goes
out.
Thermostat control knob see fig. 2 (A)
You use the thermostat control knob to set the
temperature. The temperature range is
continuous.
Function knob see fig. 2 (C)
With this knob you can set the function which
is desired.

Switching on the oven
Open the oven door. The oven lighting
switches on automatically. Remove from
the oven everything which you are not
using to prepare the dish.
Slide the dish into the oven if it is not
necessary to pre-warm the oven. See the
temperature table to determine the height
of the ledge.
Close the oven door when baking and
roasting. When using the grill, you can
keep the oven door open and pull the grill
screen forward about 10 cm.
Turn the function knob to the function you
want.
Turn the thermostat control knob to the
desired temperature.
If you wish, you can switch the oven on
and off automatically using the clock (see
the chapter “Electronic timer clock”).
The oven is now switched on. You will hear
the cooling fan running.
Switching off the oven
When the preparation time for the dish has
elapsed, check whether the dish has been
cooked properly. The oven will remain
warm for some time after you have
switched it off. To switch off the oven, turn
the function knob to the stop position. If the
oven is still warm, the cooling fan will
continue to run for some time. It will switch
off automatically.
