You should only work in good lighting
conditions with sufcient visibility!
Keep an eye on the cutting head!
Never strim above shoulder height!

tion!
Never work on a ladder!
Only work on rm and stable surfaces!

If the cutting head becomes jammed,
turn the device off immediately, remove
the spark plug connector and then re-

Adjusting the shoulder strap
eyelet/balancing out the
device
Select the correct position for the shoulder
strap eyelet for the spool and blade.
Without touching it by hand, the device
attached to the shoulder strap should be as
follows
The spool should rest lightly on the
ground.
The blade should be balanced
around 20 cm above the ground.
1. Loosen the screw on the shoulder strap
eyelet (12). Slightly tighten the screw
again.
2. Depending on the cutting tool, balance
the device according to the criteria
mentioned above by moving the eyelet
(12) along the upper shaft tube (3).
3. Tighten the screw when the device is in
the desired position.
Working using the thread
spool
In small grass areas hold the device at
an angle of about 30° and swing the
cutting head evenly to the right and left
with a semi-circular movement.
The best results are obtained with a
maximum grass length of 15 cm. If the
grass is taller, it is recommended to
mow several times.
To cut around trees, fence posts or
other obstacles, slowly move the device
around the obstacle and cut with the
thread ends.
Avoid any contact with xed obstacles
(rocks, walls, picket fences, etc.). The
thread would wear out quickly. Use the
edge of the protective cover to keep the
device at the correct distance.
Attention! Do not lay the cut-
ting head on the ground dur-
ing operation!
Extending the line
Your device is equipped with a dual-line
auto-tap feature, i.e. the two strings are
extended when you tap the cutting head
on the ground.
1. Hold the device in operation over a
grassy area and lightly tap the cutting
