bakvorm met hoge randen van 27 cm.
Ontzout de kabeljauw gedurende 24 uur in een grote hoeveel-
heid koud water die u 2 tot 3 keer ververst. Als u kabeljauwfilets
gebruikt, dan moet u het dubbele in proporties rekenen. Plaats
de kabeljauw in een magnetronbestendige schaal, voeg 4 tot vijf
eetlepels koud water toe en pocheer de vis 10 min. op MAX.
Was de prei en hak de witte prei met een klein stukje groen fijn,
kook ongeveer 20 min. afgedekt op MAX. Kook de geschilde
en in partjes gesneden aardappelen met de toets GROENTEN.
Meng de uitgelekte en verkruimelde vis met de prei, aardappels,
room en kaas (niet zouten). Verwarm de oven in de combinatie-
stand CONVECTIE voor tot 250° + 250 W met het lage
rooster en de zwarte bakplaat en kook gedurende 12 tot 15
minuten. Als de gratin nog lauw is (12 tot 15 min. in de combi-
natiestand TURBOGRILL1 op 230° + 600 W voorver-
warmd, als de gratin vooraf is klaargemaakt en is afgekoeld).
