16. Cook Rice 100g – 300g
For cooking rice for savoury dishes not puddings. This
program is not suitabOe for brown rice. Rinse the rice
thoroughOy before cooking. Use a very Oarge bowO i.e. Oitres
 pts. Add ô tsp saOt and two times boiOing water to Tuantity
of rice. &over with a Oid. Press the sensor cook rice pad
once. Press START.
17. Cook pasta 100g – 450g
For cooking dried pasta. Use a very Oarge bowO i.e. Oitres
 pts. Add 1 tsp saOt, 1tbsp oiO and boiOing water. &over with
a Oid. ,t is important to add the correct amount of water as
Oisted beOow.
Press the sensor cook pad pasta once. Press START.
18. Cook steamed pudding 100g – 500g
For a standard sponge mi[ture see recipe page . Put
mi[ture in a 1. Oitres  pt basin or divide between
individuaO ramekins. The mi[ture must compOeteOy cover any
topping see note on page . 'O 1OT &O9ER. Press
the sensor cook puddings pad once. Press START. AOOow to
stand for 5 mins before turning out.
10. Cook stewed fruit 100g – 800g
PeeO, core and sOice fruit. Add 15 mO 1 tbsp water and cover
with cOing Áim. Pierce cOing ÀOm with a sharp knife once in
centre and four times around edge. Omit water for soft
fruit and rhubarb. Press the sensor cook puddings pad
twice. Press START. For Oarge Tuantities stir at beeps. After
cooking, sweeten to taste whiOst hot. Note: :hen cooking
soft fruit, use Oarge bowO. Stewed fruit use ripe fruit.
