1� Læg kylling underlårene på den emaljerede bradepande med
skindsiden nedad og drys med lidt karry og 1 spsk salt�
2� Vend stykkerne, så skindet vender opad� Fordel smørret henover

3� Placer bradepanden i den øverste rille og tilbered med

4� Kontroller, at kyllingen er mør� Saften fra kyllingerne skal være klar
5� Server kyllingen med kogte ris, ananas og ærter

1� Placer kyllingebrysterne mellem to stykker plastfolie og bank
med en kødhammer eller kagerulle, indtil de er blevet tynde�
2� Fjern plastfolien, placer kyllingebrysterne på plastikbakken og
krydr godt�
3� Placer plastikbakken på glaspladen i den midterste rille og tilbered
med DAMP 1 i 15 - 20 min�, eller indtil kyllingen er gennemstegt�
4� Put de hakkede koriander, ingefær, forårsløg, presset hvidløg, rød
chili, sojasauce, riseddike og lys puddersukker i en skål og bland
godt sammen�
5� Put de tre forskellige olier i en skål og opvarm det i bunden
af ovnen med MIKROBØLGER 600 W. i 90 sek. Hæld det over
blandingen med forårsløg og bland det hele sammen�
6� Put nudlerne i en stor skål og dæk dem til med kogende vand�
Tilbered i bunden af ovnen med DAMP 1 i 8 min� Hæld vandet fra�
7� Inden servering hældes de kogte ægnudler over i en lav
serveringsskål� Skær den kogte kylling i skiver, put blandingen
med forårsløg ovenpå og dryp med saften fra skålen�
