Courgette-Crèmesoep
Bereidingstijd: 20 min. - 4 pers. - MAGNETRON
Benodigdheden: 1 kom van 2 liter met deksel
3 courgettes (ca. 600 g)
1 middelgrote aardappel
1 blokje kippenbouillon
3 porties gesmolten kaas
melk
zout, peper
Schil een van de courgettes en de aardappel en snij deze samen met de ongeschilde
courgettes in blokken. Doe deze in de kom met het bouillonblokje en een 1/2 glas warm
water en laat ze 20 min. afgedekt gaar worden op MAX. Voeg een halve liter warm water +
een halve liter flink warme melk toe evenals de gesmolten kaas. Meng dit in de mixer en
voeg naar smaak peper en zout toe voordat u het opdient. Als de courgettes te bitter zijn,
dan kunt u uitsluitend melk toevoegen. U kunt ook alle courgettes schillen, in plaats van
slechts eentje om de bittere smaak van de schil te voorkomen.
