Bereidingstijd: ca. 30 min. - 3 tot 4 pers. - HETELUCHT
Benodigdheden: een pizzabakplaat + 1 kom
1 pak pizzadeeg of brooddeeg
Garnering:
3 geplette teentjes knoflook
zout, peper
2 grote uien
1 pot tomatensaus
1 sl verse of gedroogde kruiden
300 g mozzarella
olijven
Snij de uien in dunne plakjes, leg ze in een kom met 1 sl olijfolie en laat ze 3 min. afgedekt
gaar worden op MAX. Verwarm de oven met het hoge rooster voor op HETELUCHT 300°.
Rol dan het deeg uit met een deegroller die zo groot is als de pizzabakplaat. Verdeel de
saus en verwarm gedurende 15 min. in de warme oven. Voeg dan de gebakken uien, de in
plakjes gesneden mozzarella en de andere ingrediënten toe aan de garnering. Bak
nogmaals 15 tot 20 min. op 300°. Merk op: u kunt de garnering variëren met blokjes ham,
paprika, een ei, spekjes of champignons die enkele min. op MAX. zijn voorgebakken. Voeg
de olijven 5 min. voor het einde van de bereidingstijd toe.
