Yoghurt
Du kan göra egen yoghurt med den här enheten. Funktionen
använder värmen från ugnsbelysningen

1. Ta ur ugnsgaller, utdragsskenor eller separata fästsystem.
2. Värm 1 l mjölk med lång hållbarhet (3,5 % fett) eller
pastöriserad färsk mjölk till 40 ºC
eller
Koka upp 1 l färsk mjölk och kyl den till 40 ºC.
3. Tillsätt 150 g riktig yoghurt till den uppvärmda mjölken, rör
om och fördela jämnt i glas eller skålar. Häll inte i mer än 2 dl
i varje.
4. Täck med lock eller plastfolie.
5. Förvärm ugnen med grill (stor grillyta) i 15 minuter vid
100 °C.
6. Ställ funktionsvredet på ugnsbelysning
\.
7. Fördela skålarna jämnt över hela ugnsbottnen och stäng
luckan.
8. Slå av ugnsbelysningen
\ efter 8 timmar och ställ kärlen i
kylskåp i minst 12 timmar.
