Chorba marroquina
• 2 tomates médios pelados, sem sementes e cortados em cubos
• 150 g de curgetes cortadas em cubos
• 150 g de cenouras cortadas em cubos
• 60 g de cebola picada
• 150 g de batata cortada em cubos
• 150 g de grão cozido
• 50 g de bulgur (triguilho)
• 50 cl de água
• 1 colherada (20 gr) de concentrado de tomate
• Sal, pimenta
DECORAÇÃO
• 1 cs de hortelã picada
• 1 cs de coentros frescos picados
Prepare e misture os legumes com o bulgur. Deite no aparelho. Tempere com sal e pimenta.
Acrescente a água e o concentrado de tomate. Feche. Selecione o programa « chunky soup »
(sopa com pedaços).
Após a cozedura, acrescente as ervas e saboreie bem quente.
Para transformar esta sopa revigorante numa sopa leve mais estival, elimine o grão, as
batatas e o bulgur, substituindo-os por tomate, cenoura e curgete.
Sopa de camarão, milho e leite de coco
• 400 g de camarões grandes crus, descascados (16 unidades)
• 100 g de milho de lata escorrido
• 40 g de aipo cortado às rodelas
• 100 g de cenouras às rodelas
• 60 g de cebola picada
• 200 g de leite de coco
• 40 cl de água
• Sal, pimenta
DECORAÇÃO
• Coco ralado e malagueta
Misture os camarões com os legumes. Coloque no aparelho. Acrescente o leite de coco e a água.
Tempere com sal e pimenta. Feche e selecione o programa « chunky soup » (sopa com pedaços).
Distribua a sopa por taças e decore com coco ralado e um pouco de malagueta.
Esta sopa poderá adquirir um sabor ainda mais exótico juntando-lhe caril e/ou coentros
frescos. Poderá igualmente guarnecê-la (após a cozedura) com massa de arroz chinesa
cozida ou massa japonesa udon.
