• 200 g de batatas cortadas em cubos
• 75 g de cebola picada
• 1 dente de alho finamente picado
• 1 cubo de caldo de carne
• 63 cl de água
• 1 noz de manteiga
• DECORAÇÃO
• 2 cs de salsa picada
No aparelho, coloque todos os ingredientes exceto a salsa. Selecione o programa « chunky soup »
(sopa com pedaços).
No final da cozedura, acrescente a salsa e sirva.
Esta sopa pode também ser confecionada no programa « smooth soup » (sopa com
pedaços). Acrescentando um pouco de natas espessas obterá a famosa “vichyssoise”,
receita tradicional da gastronomia francesa.
Sopa de legumes
• 150 g de alho francês às rodelas
• 150 g de cenouras cortadas em cubos
• 100 g de curgetes cortadas aos cubos
• 150 g de nabo cortado em cubos
• 100 g de cebola às rodelas
• 1 dente de alho descascado
• 1 ramo de aipo cortado às rodelas
• 70 cl de água
• Sal, pimenta
DECORAÇÃO
• Um pouco de queijo emmental ralado, croutons.
Coloque todos os ingredientes no aparelho. Selecione o programa « chunky soup » (sopa com
pedaços).
Sirva a sopa acompanhada de um pouco de queijo ralado e alguns croutons dourados em manteiga.
Se desejar uma sopa mais nutritiva que constitua o prato único do jantar, substitua 100 g
de cenouras e 100 g de alho francês por 250 g de batatas em cubos.
Sopa de batata doce e lentilhas
• 300 g de batata doce cortada em cubos de 2 cm
• 60 g de cebola picada
• 100 g de lentilhas
• 150 g de batata cortada em cubos de 2 cm
• 60 cl de água
• Sal, pimenta
DECORAÇÃO
• 2 cs de coentros picados
No aparelho, coloque todos os ingredientes (exceto os coentros). Selecione o programa
« chunky soup » (sopa com pedaços).
Decore com os coentros e sirva.
Se servir esta sopa a crianças, esqueça os coentros e decore com um sorriso desenhado
com ketchup.
