Method:
1Add the oil to the Jug and press the Sauté Button.
2After 1 minute, add the bacon lardons and stir with a wooden
spoon or spatula until coated with oil.
3Arrange in a single layer on the bottom of the Jug and cook
until crisp and brown, turning occasionally.
4Turn off the Sauté Function by pressing the Sauté Button.

•2 tsp olive oil
•100g bacon lardons

Method:
1Add the oil and butter to the Jug and press the Sauté Button.
2After 1 minute, add the cubed ciabatta and stir with a wooden
spoon or spatula until coated.
3Arrange in a single layer on the bottom of the Jug and cook for
a few minutes.
4When crisp and browned, stir and repeat to crisp the other
sides of the cubes then turn off the Sauté Function by pressing
the Sauté Button.
5Drain on kitchen paper and serve as a garnish for soup.

•25g butter
•15 ml olive oil
