Method:

1Prepare and hull the strawberries, cut into small pieces. Chop the

pineapple into small chunks.

2Place ingredients into the Sauté & Soup Compact Soup Maker and

stir with a wooden spoon.

3Select Smoothie / Blend setting and then press and hold the Start /

Stop Button until of the desired consistency.

4Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

•275g strawberries

•225g fresh pineapple, peeled

•400g low fat strawberry yogurt

•100ml semi skimmed milk

•20g vanilla ice cream

Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Mixing time: 40-60 seconds

Setting: Smoothie / Blend

Method:

1Melt the chocolate in either a microwave or over a pan of hot water.

2Add the ingredients to the Sauté & Soup Compact Soup Maker,

adding the melted chocolate last. Stir with a wooden spoon.

3Select Smoothie / Blend setting and then press and hold the Start /

Stop Button until of the desired consistency.

4Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

•600g low fat vanilla yogurt

•200ml semi skimmed milk

•150g ripe bananas, peeled

and sliced thinly

•80g good quality dark

chocolate

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Mixing time: 20-40 seconds
