Frango e cogumelos na caçarola
Ingredientes:
3,5 L 6,5 L
4 8 Quartos de frango
30 g 75 g Manteiga
2 colheres de sopa 3 colheres de sopa Farinha
1 2 Cebola(s) grande(s)
bem picada(s)
3 3 Aipo cortado em fatias
finas
250 g 500 g Cogumelos em fatias
finas
1 2 Dentes de alho
esmagados
375 ml 1 L Caldo de galinha
4 colheres de sopa 7 colheres de sopa Natas (opcional)
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Preparação:
1 Misture o frango na farinha, coloque numa frigideira e frite na
manteiga até dourar em todos os lados.
2 Acrescente a cebola e o aipo e refogue ligeiramente até ficarem
macios, mas sem alourar. Acrescente os cogumelos e o alho e
junte o caldo. Deixe ferver e tempere.
3 Transfira para a panela e certifique-se de que o frango e os
legumes estão imersos.
4 Tape com a tampa e cozinhe durante aproximadamente 5-7
horas. Antes de servir, misture as natas.
Chili com carne
Ingredientes:
3,5 L 6,5 L
2 colheres de sopa 3 colheres de sopa Óleo vegetal
2 2 Cebolas
grandes picadas
2 4 Dentes de alho
esmagados
1 1 Pimento verde,
sem sementes
e cortado
500 g 1 kg Carne picada
400 g 800 g Tomate em lata,
em pedaços
11/2 colheres de chá 3 colheres de chá Malagueta em
11/2 colheres de sopa 3 colheres de sopa Farinha
11/2 colheres de chá 3 colheres de chá Açúcar
mascavado
4 colheres de sopa 7 colheres de sopa Polpa de tomate
425 g 800 g Feijão vermelho
em lata
(escorrido)
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Preparação:
1 Refogue a cebola, o alho e o pimento numa frigideira até ficarem
macios. Acrescente a carne picada e frite ligeiramente até dourar.
2 Misture com malagueta em pó, farinha, açúcar mascavado e
polpa de tomate. Acrescente os tomates, a pasta de malagueta e
os temperos.
3 Transfira para a panela e tape com a tampa. Cozinhe durante
aproximadamente 3-7 horas.
4 Uma hora antes de servir, acrescente o feijão.
5 Sirva com arroz cozido ou batatas assadas.
