1 Knoblauchzehe
1 TL Zucker
1 TL Chilipulver oder Paprikapulver

1. Knoblauch schälen und mit der Knoblauchpresse durchpressen.
2. Knoblauchzehe mit Zucker, Chili-/Paprikapulver, Salz, Pfeffer und Öl vermischen.
3. Die Hähnchenschenkel mit der Marinade einreiben und mindestens 20 Minuten zie-
hen lassen.
4. Die Hähnchenschenkel auf das Backgitter in mittlerer Position legen.
5. Das Programm
Hähnchen“ starten.
6. Zwischendurch den Garzustand überprüfen. Die Garzeit kann nach der Größe der
Hähnchenschenkel variieren. Die Gartemperatur und Garzeit ggf. entsprechend an-
passen.
Panierte Hähnchenbruststreifen

2 Hähnchenbrust¿ lets
1 – 2 Eiweiß
½ Tasse Mehl zum Panieren
½ Tasse Paniermehl oder Semmelbrösel
½ TL Salz
½ TL Pfeffer

1. Eiweiß trennen.
2. Eiweiß, Mehl und Paniermehl (bzw. Semmelbrösel) in drei separate Schüsseln ge-
ben.
3. Die Hähnchenbrust¿ lets je in gleich große Streifen schneiden.
4. Die Hähnchenbrust¿ letstreifen mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, im Mehl wälzen, an-
schließend in Eiweiß tauchen und in der Panade wälzen.
5. Die Hähnchenbrust¿ letstreifen auf das Backgitter legen.
6. Das Backgitter in das Gerät einsetzen.
7. Das Programm
Hähnchen“ starten.
8. Zwischendurch überprüfen, ob die Hähnchenbruststreifen durchgegart sind und ggf.
die Garzeit verkürzen bzw. verlängern.
