30 g geraspte parmezaan
De uien in dunne ringen snijden, de
paprika halveren, in vieren delen, lijsten
en pitjes verwijderen en in reepjes
snijden. Tomaat in blokjes snijden. De
gourmetplaat op de draaibodem
plaatsen en gedurende ongeveer
5 minuten verwarmen op 450 Watt +
grill. De olie en de uiringen toevoegen.
De plaat weer op de draaibodem
plaatsen en gedurende ongeveer
2 minuten op 450 Watt + grill bruineren.
Oesterzwammen, wortels, broccoli,
paprikareepjes, tomatenblokjes en
kruiden toevoegen, vermengen. Gedu
-
rende ongeveer 6 minuten garen op
450 Watt + grill. Omkeren en voor het
serveren bestrooien met parmezaan.

Zelfgemaakte aardappelrösti

Klaar te maken in: 25-30 minuten
400 g geschilde aardappelen
2 kleine uien
50 g geraspte emmentaler
Zout, peper
20 g boter
Aardappelen en uien grof raspen, ver

mengen met kaas, zout en peper. De
gourmetplaat op de draaibodem
plaatsen en gedurende ongeveer
5 minuten verwarmen op 450 Watt +
grill. De boter in de gourmetplaat doen
en laten smelten. De aardappelmassa
toevoegen, aandrukken. De gourmet-
plaat op de draaibodem plaatsen en
gedurende ongeveer 8 minuten op
450 Watt + grill laten garen. Omkeren
en nog eens 4 minuten goudgeel laten
garen.
Per portie: 1.347 kJ / 322 kcal,

Een heerlijke snack met gerookte zalm
