Croque-monsieur
(3 porties)
Klaar te maken in: 10-15 minuten
6 sneetjes toastbrood
30 g zachte boter
75 g geraspte emmentaler
3 sneden gekookte ham
De sneden toastbrood insmeren met
boter. De kaas over de drie sneetjes
toast verdelen, en er telkens een
sneetje ham op leggen. De overige drie
sneetjes toastbrood met de beboterde
zijde op de ham leggen. De sneetjes
toast op de gourmetplaat leggen, die
gedurende ongeveer 5 minuten op
450 Watt + grill werd verwarmd. Op de
draaibodem plaatsen, en elke zijde ge-
durende ongeveer 3 minuten op
450 Watt + grill bruineren.
Per portie: 1396 kJ / 334 kcal,
E16g,F21g,KH19g.
Andere vullingen zijn bijvoorbeeld uit-
gelekte tonijn natuur en zeer dun ge-
sneden uiringen of ananasschijven,
kaas en gekookte ham.
