Varkensfilet in roquefortsaus
Totale bereidingstijd: 40-50 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 2 personen:
500 g varkensfilet
zout, peper
3 eetlepels olie
2 uien, in blokjes
50 ml witte wijn
125 ml room
200 g roquefortkaas
2 eetlepels bloemsaus
2 eetlepels peterselie, gehakt
Bereiding
1. Doe de uien en de olie in een schaal
en stoof de uien ca. 5 minuten (afge-
dekt) met 850 Watt. Wentel het varkens-
vlees door dit mengsel. Voeg de wijn
toe en verhit het geheel ca. 10 minuten
met 450 Watt (afgedekt).
2. Druk de kaas fijn. Meng de kaas met
de room en de bloemsaus totdat er een
gladde massa ontstaat. Doe de massa
bij het vlees en roer de massa door de
wijn. Verhit het geheel nog eens 5 mi
-
nuten met 450 Watt (onafgedekt). Tus
-
sendoor omroeren.
3. Snijd het vlees in plakken en giet de
saus erover. Bestrooi het geheel met
peterselie.
