Totale bereidingstijd: 120-130 minu

Ingrediënten voor ca. 8 personen:
6 eetlepels olijfolie
300 g kippenborstfilet
2 knoflookteentjes, in blokjes
2 uien, in blokjes
300 g rijst (lange korrel)
200 g erwten
1 rode paprika
2 zeer rijpe tomaten of
4 eetlepels tomatenpuree
1000 ml bouillon
zout, peper
1 theelepel paprika, edelzoet
1/2 theelepel safraan, gemalen
300 g inktvisringen
200 g mosselvlees
300 g shrimps
Bereiding
1. Doe olie in de glazen schaal. Verhit
de schaal ca. 10 minuten met "Hete
-
lucht plus" tot 160 °C of met "Boven-
Onderwarmte" tot 180 °C. Voeg de in
blokjes gesneden kippenborstfilet, de
uien en de knoflookteentjes toe en ver
-
hit het geheel ca. 20 minuten. Tussen
-
door omroeren.
2. Voeg vervolgens de rijst, de erwten,
de in reepjes gesneden paprika, de in
schijfjes gesneden tomaten of de
tomatenpuree en de helft van de bouil
-
lon toe. Voeg zout, peper en safraan
toe en bereid het gerecht onafgedekt in
30 minuten. Tussendoor omroeren.
3. Voeg de resterende bouillon, de inkt
-
visringen, het mosselvlees en de
shrimps toe. Meng alles door het ge
-
recht en verhit het nog eens 20 minuten
onafgedekt. Als u volkorenrijst gebruikt,
neemt de bereidingstijd met 20-30 mi
-
nuten toe.
