Mecklenburger vispannetje
Totale bereidingstijd: 60-70 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 4 personen:
750 g roodbaarsfilet
3 tomaten in schijfjes
50 g ham, in blokjes
1-2 appels, in blokjes
1 ingelegde augurk, in blokjes
1 theelepel kappertjes
20 g boter
100 g Gouda, geraspt
1 eetlepel peterselie, gehakt
Bereiding
1. Leg de schijfjes tomaat op de bodem
van een ovenschaal (Ø 30 cm). Leg de
visfilet erop.
2. Meng de ham, de appels, de augurk,
(de ui) en de kappertjes en verdeel de
massa over de vis. Strooi de met peter-
selie gemengde kaas erover.
3. Verdeel de boter in vlokjes over het
oppervlak en bak de vis goudgeel (on
