Appeltaart met krokante

Ingrediënten voor ca. 12 personen:
Kruimeldeeg:
200 g vloeibare boter
350 g meel
1 theelepel bakpoeder
150 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
60 g hazelnoten (krokant)
Beleg:
1000 g appels
50 g suiker
geraspte citroenschil (1 citroen)
sap van 1 citroen
Bereiding
1. Meng het meel, het bakpoeder, de
suiker en de vanillinesuiker. Voeg de af-
gekoelde boter toe. Kneed het geheel
totdat er een kruimelige massa ont
-
staat.
2. Verdeel ca. 2/3 van de kruimelige
massa over de bodem van een spring
-
vorm (C 26 cm) en druk de kruimels
aan. Meng de resterende kruimels met
de krokante hazelnoten.
3. Schil en vierendeel de appels. Ver
-
wijder de klokhuizen en snijd de appels
in blokjes. Meng de blokjes met de sui
-
ker, de geraspte citroenschil en het ci
-
troensap. Verdeel de massa over de
kruimelbodem. Bestrooi het geheel met
de krokante kruimels en bak de taart.
