Totale bereidingstijd: 90-100 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 12 personen:
Deeg:
150 g margarine of boter
150 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
3 eieren
sap van een 1/2 citroen
150 g meel
1/2 theelepel bakpoeder
Beleg:
750 g appels
poedersuiker of abrikozenconfiture
Bereiding
1. Roer het vet, de suiker, de
vanillinesuiker en de eieren tot er een
crèmige massa ontstaat.
2. Roer het citroensap door het meel
waardoor u het bakpoeder heeft ge-
mengd. Strijk het deeg uit over een
ingevette springvorm (C 26 cm) of bij
gecombineerde ovenfuncties over de
glazen schaal.
3. Schil en vierendeel de appels. Ver
-
wijder de klokhuizen. Snijd de boven
-
kant in en druk de stukjes met de
gewelfde kant naar boven licht in het
deeg. Bak de taart goudgeel.
4. Bestrooi de taart na het afkoelen met
poedersuiker of met omgeroerde
abrikozenconfiture.
U kunt de appels ook in kleine blokjes
snijden en door het deeg roeren.
Smaakt ook heerlijk met 500 g zure ker
-
sen, bosbessen of abrikozen.
