Lentepasteitje
Totale bereidingstijd: 105-115 minuten
Ca. 15 stukken
Ingrediënten
300 g bladerdeeg
1 rode paprika
1 gele paprika
3 lente-uitjes
1 kg gehakt
1 teentje knoflook, fijngehakt
100 g paneermeel
2 eieren
zout
peper, vers gemalen
paprikapoeder
2 theelepels gemiddeld scherpe mos-
terd
Voor het bestrijken
1 eidooier
water
Bereiding
Snijd de paprika's in kleine blokjes.
Snijd de lente-uitjes in ringen.
Meng het gehakt met de groente, de
knoflook, het paneermeel, de eieren, de
kruiden en de mosterd.
Vet een langwerpige bakvorm in (ca. 30
cm) en leg daarin bakpapier. Rol het
bladerdeeg uit (ca. 45 x 50 cm). Spreid
het deeg in de vorm uit. Doe dat zo dat
aan de zijkanten zoveel deeg
"overhangt" dat het pasteitje ermee kan
worden afgedekt. Doe de gehaktmassa
erin en druk deze stevig aan. Sluit het
pasteitje met het overhangende deeg.
Bestrijk daarbij de onderste
deegranden met water. Stevig drukken.
Snijd uit het deegdeksel 3 ca.3x3cm
grote ruitjes. Versier de bovenkant van
het pasteitje met het deeg.
Meng de eidooier met wat water. Be

strijk het bladerdeeg hiermee en bereid
het pasteitje.
