Temps de préparation: 120minutes
pour 2 baguettes de 10 tranches
Ingrédients
21g de levure, fraîche
270ml d'eau | froide
500g de farine de blé, type45
2c.àc. de sel
½c.àc. de sucre
1c.às. de beurre | pommade

Préparation
Délayer la levure dans l’eau. Pétrir avec
la farine, le sel, le sucre et le beurre
pendant 6à7minutes jusqu'à obten-
tion d'une pâte lisse.
Former une boule avec la pâte, la
mettre dans un récipient à découvert et
l'enfourner. Faire lever suivant les ré-
glages de la phase de levée1.
Diviser la pâte en deux portions, former
deux baguettes de 35cm de long, les
poser en diagonale sur la plaque puis
les grigner plusieurs fois en biais sur
1cm de profondeur.
Programme automatique:
Lancer le programme automatique et
enfourner les baguettes.
Réglages manuels:
Faire lever suivant les réglages de la
phase de levée2. Ensuite, faire cuire
les baguettes.
