30g de noisettes, en poudre
500g de fruits (parex. abricots, prunes,
poires, pommes ou cerises)| en petits
morceaux

200g de crème fleurette
50g de sucre
1c.àc. de sucre vanillé

Préparation
Foncer le plat à tarte avec la pâte
feuilletée et saupoudrer de poudre de
noisettes.
Répartir les morceaux de fruits sur la
pâte.
Introduire la grille. Démarrer le pro-
gramme automatique ou préchauffer le
four conformément à l'étape de cuis-
son1.
Pour l'appareil, mélanger les oeufs, le
sucre et le sucre vanillé puis verser sur
les fruits.

Modifier les réglages conformément à
l'étape de cuisson2.
Enfourner et faire cuire la tarte jusqu'à
ce qu'elle prenne une belle couleur do-
rée.
