1citron | uniquement le jus

4échalotes | émincées
150g de tomates cocktail
1poivron, rouge | en dés de 1cm
1poivron, jaune | en dés de 1cm
1courgette | en dés de 1cm
1c.às. de fines herbes, mélangées |
hachées
5c.às. d'huile d'olive

Plat à rôtir Gourmet
Préparation
Enfourner le plat à rôtir. Démarrer le
programme automatique ou préchauffer
le four.
Arroser les filets du jus de citron puis
saler et poivrer.
Bien mélanger les légumes dans un sa-
ladier. Assaisonner avec du sel, du
poivre et les herbes aromatiques.
Sortir le plat à rôtir Gourmet préchauffé
de l'enceinte et badigeonner d'huile
d'olive. Répartir les légumes dans le
plat à rôtir Gourmet.
Enfourner et faire cuire.
