2c.às. de persil haché

Préparation
Couper les oignons en fines tranches,
faire revenir dans la moitié du beurre.
Couper les tomates en tranches.
Arroser le filet de lieu noir de jus de ci-
tron. Saler et poivrer.
Beurrer un plat à gratin. Déposer les oi-
gnons dans un plat à gratin. Superpo-
ser les tomates. Saler et poivrer. Poser
le filet de lieu noir sur les tomates.
Enfourner la grille. Préchauffer le four.
Faire fondre le reste du beurre. Arroser
le filet de lieu noir de beurre et de lait.
Parsemer de chapelure. Insérer la ther-
mosonde.
Enfourner le filet et le faire cuire.
Parsemer de persil et servir.
