1,3kg de viande de lapin, prête à cuire
1c.àc. de sel
Poivre
2c.às. de moutarde de Dijon
30g de beurre
100 g de lardons
2oignons émincés
1c.àc. de thym effeuillé
125ml de vin blanc
125ml d’eau
Pour la sauce
1c.às. de moutarde de Dijon
100g de crème fraîche
1c.às. de fécule
2c.às. d’eau

Plat à rôtir Gourmet avec couvercle
Préparation
Couper le lapin en 6morceaux. Saler,
poivrer et badigeonner de moutarde.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Chauffer le beurre dans le plat à rôtir
Gourmet. Saisir les lardons et les mor-
ceaux de lapin. Ajouter les oignons et le
thym. Mouiller au vin blanc et à l'eau.
Enfourner le plat à rôtir. Cuire le lapin à
couvert.
Réserver les morceaux de lapin. Ajouter
la moutarde et la crème fraîche puis
porter à ébullition sur la table de cuis-
son.
Allonger la fécule avec de l'eau et s'en
servir pour lier la sauce. Porter à nou-
veau à ébullition un court instant. Saler
et poivrer.
