Préparation
Arroser la truite saumonée de jus de ci-
tron. Saler l'intérieur et l'extérieur.
Pour la farce, couper en petits dés les
échalotes, l'ail et le pain de mie. Mélan-
ger les câpres, le jaune d'œuf, l'huile
d'olive, les échalotes, l'ail et le pain de
mie. Saler, poivrer et ajouter de la
poudre de piment.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Farcir la truite saumonée avec ce mé-
lange. Refermer à l'aide de cure-dents.
Poser la truite saumonée sur la plaque
de cuisson multi-usages et enfoncer la
thermosonde. Enfourner le plat de cuis-
son multi-usages. Cuire la truite saumo-
née.
