Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle.
Saisir le rosbif à feu vif pendant 1mi-
nute de chaque côté.
Sortir le rosbif. Mélanger l'huile, le sel et
le poivre. Badigeonner le rosbif avec ce
mélange.
Poser le rosbif sur la plaque de cuisson
multi-usages et enfoncer la thermo-
sonde.
Enfourner la plaque de cuisson multi-
usages et cuire le rosbif.
Pour la sauce rémoulade, mélanger le
yaourt et la mayonnaise jusqu'à obtenir
une consistance lisse. Hacher finement
les cornichons, les câpres et le persil.
Émincer finement les échalotes et ha-
cher la ciboulette. Ajouter le tout au
mélange yaourt-mayonnaise. Assaison-
ner la sauce rémoulade avec le jus de
citron, le sel et le sucre.
