12c.àc. d'huile
220g de farine de blé (type 45)
1c.àc. de sel
3œufs, calibre M
225ml de lait (3,5% de MG)

Plaque pour 12 muffins 5cm

Préparation
Verser une c.àc. d'huile dans chacun
des 12moules de la plaque à muffins.
Poser la plaque à muffins sur la grille et
enfourner. Démarrer le programme au-
tomatique ou préchauffer le four
conformément à l'étape de cuisson1.
Mélanger la farine et le sel. Creuser un
puits, ajouter les œufs, mélanger en
commençant par les oeufs et en incor-
porant petit à petit la farine.
Ajouter le lait et mélanger pour obtenir
une pâte lisse.
Dès que l'enceinte a atteint la bonne
température, répartir la pâte uniformé-
ment dans les moules à muffins et la
faire cuire jusqu'à obtention d'une belle
couleur dorée.
