Moule rectangulaire, 30cm de long
Préparation
Beurrer le moule et le chemiser de cha-
pelure.
Enfourner la grille. Démarrer le pro-
gramme automatique ou préchauffer le
four.
Mélanger le beurre, le sucre et le sucre
vanillé jusqu’à obtention d’une consis-
tance mousseuse. Incorporer alternati-
vement les œufs et le rhum.
Mélanger la farine, la fécule, la levure et
le sel, puis incorporer le tout aux autres
ingrédients.
Verser la pâte dans le moule et enfour-
ner sur la grille dans le sens de la lon-
gueur. Faire cuire le gâteau.
Laisser refroidir le gâteau dans le moule
pendant 10minutes. Ensuite, démouler
et laisser refroidir sur la grille.
