500g de pommes, acidulées
Pour la pâte
150g de beurre | pommade
150g de sucre
8g de sucre vanillé
3œufs (calibre M)
2c.às. de jus de citron
150g de farine de blé, type45
½c.àc. de levure chimique

1c.às. de sucre glace

Moule à manqué, 26cm

Préparation
Eplucher et couper les pommes en
quartiers. Inciser le côté bombé à une
distance d'environ 1cm, mélanger avec
du jus de citron et réserver.
Beurrer le moule à manqué.
Mélanger le beurre, le sucre et le sucre
vanillé environ 2minutes jusqu'à obte-
nir une consistance crémeuse. Incorpo-
rer les œufs un par un à raison d'un œuf
toutes les 30secondes.
Enfourner la grille. Démarrer le pro-
gramme automatique ou préchauffer le
four.
Délayer la levure dans la farine, puis
mélanger avec les autres ingrédients.
Répartir uniformément la pâte dans le
moule à manqué. Enfoncer légèrement
les pommes dans la pâte, côté bombé
vers le haut.
Enfourner le moule à manqué et faire
cuire le gâteau jusqu'à ce qu'il prenne
une belle couleur dorée.
Laisser refroidir le gâteau dans le moule
pendant 10minutes. Ensuite, démouler
et laisser refroidir sur la grille. Saupou-
drer de sucre glace.
