Bereiding
Besprenkel de zalmforel met citroen-
sap. Kruid aan de binnen- en buiten-
kant met zout.
Snijd voor de vulling de sjalotten, knof-
look en het geroosterd brood fijn. Meng
de kappertjes, eidooier, olijfolie, sjalot-
ten, knoflook en het geroosterd brood.
Breng op smaak met zout, peper en
chilipoeder.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Vul de zalmforel met dit mengsel. Sluit
de opening met kleine houten stokjes.
Leg de zalmforel op een universele bak-
plaat en steek de bratometer erin.
Schuif de universele bakplaat in de
oven. Gaar de zalmforel.
