1chilipeper, rood, groot | ontpit, fijnge-

Rooster of grill- en braadplaat
Universele bakplaat
Bereiding
Snijd de huid van het buikstuk met een
scherp mes op afstanden van 1cm in
lengterichting en overdwars in. Zet het
buikstuk met de huid naar boven op het
rooster of op de grill- en braadplaat. Zet
het rooster of de grill- en braadplaat op
de universele bakplaat en schuif het in
de oven.
Automatisch programma:
laat het geheel vervolgens garen.
Handmatig:
Volgens stap1–4 laten garen.
Vul voor de saus een pan met honing,
sojasaus, gember en vijf-kruiden-poe-
der, roer alles door elkaar en laat bij ge-
middelde hitte 10minuten op het for-
nuis koken. Houd het geheel warm en
voeg kort voor het serveren de chilipe-
pers toe.
Laat het buikstuk voor het aansnijden
10minuten rusten. Snijd het vlees in
porties en serveer het met de saus.
