70g spek | in blokjes
290g kaas, pikant (bijvoorbeeld Gruyè-
rekaas, Sbrinz en Emmentaler) | geraspt

Nootmuskaat

Ronde bakvorm, 27cm
Rooster
Bereiding
Maak van de boter blokjes en kneed
deze snel met meel, zout en water tot-
dat er een deeg ontstaat. Zet het deeg
30minuten koud.
Bekleed de bakvorm met het deeg.
Bereiding groentequiche:
smoor de groente in boter en laat de
groente afkoelen. Verdeel de groente
over het deeg en strooi er kaas over.
Bereiding kaasquiche:
bak de spekblokjes en laat deze afkoe-
len. Verdeel ze over het deeg en strooi
er kaas over.
Schuif de taart op het rooster. Start het
automatische programma of verwarm
de oven voor.
Roer voor de saus eieren en room door
elkaar. Breng op smaak met zout, pe-
per en nootmuskaat. Giet de saus over
de quiche.
Schuif de quiche in de oven en bak de-
ze goudbruin.
