Bereiding
Kneed het meel, de boter en het water
tot een glad deeg. Laat het deeg 30min
in de koelkast rusten.
Snijd voor de vulling het spek, de ba-
con en de ham in blokjes. Hak het teen-
tje knoflook en de peterselie fijn. Bak
het spek in een anti-aanbakpan aan.
Voeg de bacon en ham toe en fruit de-
ze. Roer de knoflook en peterselie er-
door en laat het afkoelen.
Roer voor de saus de room, eieren en
nootmuskaat door elkaar.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Rol het deeg uit en leg het in de ronde
bakvorm. Duw de randen omhoog. Ver-
deel het hammengsel over het deeg en
strooi er kaas over. Schenk het room-
mengsel erover.
Zet de quiche op het rooster in de oven
en bak deze.
