Zalmlasagne
Totale bereidingstijd: 90–100 minuten
voor ca. 4 porties
Ingrediënten
400 g gerookte zalm, in plakjes
12 lasagnebladen, zonder voorkoken
2 uien, in blokjes
20 g boter
2 eetlepels meel
600 ml melk
300 ml room
Zout
Peper
2 eetlepels dille, gehakt
3 eetlepels citroensap
2 koolrapen in reepjes
100 g Goudse kaas, geraspt

Ovenschaal
Bereiding
Fruit de blokjes ui in boter. Voeg het
meel toe en meng het geheel. Voeg al
roerend de melk en de room toe. Breng
het geheel goed op smaak met zout,
peper en citroensap. Laat de saus
ca.10 minuten licht koken. Voeg de dil-
le toe.
Schil de koolrapen en snijd deze in fijne
reepjes. Doe de reepjes even in kokend
water laat ze daarna uitlekken.
Verdeel wat saus over de bodem van
de ovenschaal. Leg hier vier lasagne-
bladen op. Doe daarop een deel van de
koolraapreepjes en van de zalmplakjes.
Verdeel opnieuw wat saus en leg de
volgende vier lasagnebladen erop. Be-
leg deze met de resterende koolraap-
reepjes en zalmplakjes. Leg de laatste
vier lasagnebladen erop en verdeel de
resterende saus. Bestrooi het geheel
met kaas en bak het gerecht zonder
deksel.
