Lasagne
Bereidingstijd: 60–70minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
10–12lasagnebladen (niet voorkoken)
Ingrediënten tomaten-gehaktsaus
50g spek, gerookt, doorregen
150g uien, in kleine blokjes
375g gehakt
Zout
Zwarte peper
1 theelepel tijm
1 theelepel oregano
1 theelepel basilicum
500g tomaten, ontveld
30g tomatenpuree
125mlbouillon
150g champignons
Ingrediënten bechamelsaus
20g boter
2 eetlepels meel
250ml room
250ml melk
Zout
Nootmuskaat
2 eetlepels peterselie, gehakt
Voor bruineren
200g Goudse kaas, geraspt
Accessoires
Kookpan
Ovenschaal, circa 20x30cm
Bereiding
Snijd spek in blokjes en bak dit. Voeg
het gehakt toe en bak dit al roerend
bruin.
Voeg de uien toe en fruit deze. Breng
op smaak met zout, peper en kruiden.
Snijd de tomaten klein en voeg deze
met de tomatenpuree en de bouillon bij
het vlees. Snijd de champignons in
plakjes, voeg deze ook toe en laat alles
circa 5minuten smoren.
Smelt de boter voor de bechamelsaus
in een pan en roer het meel erdoor. Blus
af met room en melk, breng op smaak
met de kruiden en laat circa5 minuten
koken. Voeg de peterselie toe.
Vul de ovenschaal afwisselend met de
tomaten-gehaktsaus, drie lasagnebla-
den, tomaten-gehaktsaus, bechamel-
saus, drie lasagnebladen enz.
Sluit af met de tomaten-gehaktsaus en
de bechamelsaus, bestrooi met kaas en
zet in de oven.
