Aangenaam rendez-vous
Er is nauwelijks een gerecht denkbaar
met zoveel variaties als een ovenscho-
tel. Voor de ingrediënten kunt u ten volle
profiteren van seizoensproducten en uw
eigen voorraad. Bovendien kunt u alles
met elkaar combineren. Dit rendez-
vous-bijgerecht kan prima van tevoren
worden klaargemaakt en uw gasten zul-
len het zeker op prijs stellen. En mocht
er nog wat overblijven, dan kunt u dit
heel goed opnieuw opwarmen. Het
smaakt dan nog prima.
Bereidingstips
Bereid ovenschotels bij voorkeur onaf-
gedekt. Het oppervlak wordt dan knap-
perig en goudgeel.
Zorg dat de ingrediënten (zoals groente)
ongeveer even groot zijn.
Laat het gerecht na de bereiding nog
ca.5 minuten staan. De temperatuur-
verdeling is dan beter.
Voer bij automatische programma's al-
leen het gewicht van het voedingsmid-
del in. Het gewicht van de pan of schaal
wordt niet meegeteld.
De tijden voor automatische program-
ma's kunnen afwijken van de tijden van
handmatige bereidingen.
