Ingrediënten
250 g boter
200 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
4 eieren
4 eetlepels rum
150 ml melk
500 g meel
1 pakje bakpoeder
3 eetlepels cacao
Accessoires
Kransvorm 26cm
Bereiding
Meng de boter, de suiker, de vanilline-
suiker en de eieren tot er een crèmig
geheel ontstaat. Roer vervolgens de
rum, 120ml melk en het met bakpoe-
der gemengde meel erdoorheen.
Roer de cacao en de resterende melk
door een derde van het deeg.
Doe de helft van het lichte deeg in de
kransvorm. Verdeel het cacaodeeg over
het lichte deeg. Strijk nu het resterende
lichte deeg uit over het cacaodeeg.
Trek een vork met een spiraalvormige
beweging door de deeglagen. Bak de
cake.
