Ingrediënten deeg
150 g meel
1 theelepel bakpoeder
100 g boter
50 g suiker
Voor het bestrooien
40 g amandelpitten, gemalen
Ingrediënten beleg
2 potten zure kersen (à 680 g)
Ingrediënten bovenlaag
1 ei
70 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
4 eetlepels room
3 eetlepels maïzena
3 druppels bitteramandel-aroma
100 g amandelblaadjes
Accessoires
Springvorm 26 cm
Bereiding
Kneed het meel, het bakpoeder, de bo-
ter en de suiker totdat het deeg glad is.
Verdeel het deeg gelijkmatig over de
bodem van de ingevette springvorm.
Vorm daarbij een ca.2cm hoge rand.
Prik het deeg meermaals met een vork
in en bestrooi het met gemalen aman-
delen. Verdeel de zure kersen, nadat u
deze goed heeft laten uitlekken.
Meng alle ingrediënten voor de boven-
laag. Verdeel het mengsel over de ker-
sen en bak de taart goudgeel.
