Totale bereidingstijd: 250 minuten
voor 6–8 porties
Ingrediënten
500 g uien
30 g boter
30 g olie
1200 g rundvlees, blokjes
Peper
Zout
1 eetlepel bruine suiker
2 eetlepels meel
1,2 l runderbouillon
2 laurierblaadjes
4 kruidnagels
70 ml azijn

Gourmet-braadpan
Bereiding
Schil de uien en snijd deze in fijne blok‐
jes. Verhit de boter in de pan en voeg
een ruime scheut olie toe, zodra de bel‐
letjes in de boter minder worden. Verhit
het geheel.
Breng het vlees met zout en peper op
smaak en br
aad het van alle kanten
aan.
Voeg de uien, de laurierblaadjes, de
kruidnag
els en de bruine suiker toe en
braad het geheel nog eens 3 minuten.
Bestrooi het vlees met meel en braad
het nog
eens 2–3 minuten.
Voeg al roerend de bouillon en de azijn
t
oe, zodat er een gladde saus ontstaat.
Plaats het vlees in de gourmet-braad‐
pan en laat het in de oven onafgedekt
gaar wor
den.
Breng het geheel na de bereiding met
zout en peper op smaak.
