Bereiding
Kruid het vlees met zout en peper. Be‐
strijk het met most
erd en leg er vlokjes
boter op. Doe het vlees in de gourmet-
braadpan of de glazen schaal. Braad
het in de voorverwarmde oven "medi‐
um" gaar. Niet afdekken.
Wikkel het vlees na de bereiding in alu‐
mini
umfolie en laat het ca. 10 minuten
rusten. Snijd het ten slotte in plakken.
